Terms of Service
These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and AI Dispatcher ("we", "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
AI Dispatcher provides an AI-assisted assistant that, on your behalf and under your configuration, answers incoming phone calls, responds to incoming leads on connected platforms (such as Thumbtack), sends SMS messages, and creates calendar bookings. The Service includes a human-takeover capability allowing you to assume control of any conversation at any time.
2. Your responsibilities
- You authorize the Service to act on your behalf through the integrations you connect, and you are responsible for activity performed under your account.
- You remain responsible for the final content of communications with your customers and for fulfilling booked jobs.
- You will not use the Service for unsolicited outreach, spam, or any unlawful purpose.
- You represent that you have the right to share with us the data processed through your integrations.
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor. Usage-based charges (e.g., minutes or handled leads beyond plan limits) are billed in arrears. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable use and platform rules
When interacting with third-party platforms (such as Thumbtack), the Service operates only in response to inbound leads and messages you receive, in accordance with those platforms' terms. Automated responses must remain relevant and accurate; you agree to configure the Service truthfully (services offered, service area, pricing).
5. Availability and disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". While we target high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate. You should review important bookings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your integrations are disconnected and your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
