AI Dispatcher ("we", "our", or "the Service") is an AI-assisted communication service for home service businesses ("Professionals"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, business name, email address, and phone number when you sign up.
- Integration credentials. When you connect third-party platforms (such as your Thumbtack Pro account, telephony provider, or calendar), we receive OAuth access tokens. Tokens and API keys are stored encrypted at rest.
- Lead and conversation data. Content of leads and messages processed on your behalf: customer names, contact details, project descriptions, call transcripts, and booking details. This data is processed solely to provide the Service to you.
- Usage data. Technical logs (timestamps, error logs) used to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use information
- To answer phone calls and respond to incoming leads on your behalf, as configured by you.
- To send you summaries and alerts via SMS, Telegram, or email.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. We do not send marketing communications to your customers.
3. Service providers
We use vetted subprocessors to provide the Service, including: voice AI and telephony providers (for calls and SMS), large language model providers (to generate responses), cloud hosting, and payment processing. Subprocessors receive only the data needed to perform their function and are bound by data protection obligations.
4. Data retention and deletion
Conversation data is retained while your account is active and is automatically deleted within 30 days after account closure, unless longer retention is required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
5. Security
- All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Access to production systems is restricted to essential personnel.
- Webhook endpoints authenticate incoming requests via platform signatures.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.
7. Changes
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice before taking effect.
